Hey, I just wanted to write and hope that everyone has had a great holiday season so far, and to those of you in the armed forces fighting for our country I want to tell you thank you for all that you do. I have had a great Christmas so far. I got some really great things for Christmas that are so much fun, like a macbook. Ben gave me a neckless which I love! For Christmas eve my family had a great time doing our normal traditional christmas stuff and have added in some new traditions as well.
The hard thing is that my brother, is in Afganistan and it was hard to not have him here with us but we were able to talk to him on Christmas day which was great to hear from him.. This is all I know now and will update again soon

Jobs anyone???
Many of you maybe reading this thinking, wow she has not had an update in a while. So, you ask, what has been going on lately?? Well, let me tell you this semester I have been substitute teaching. I am on several school lists. I was thinking this would keep me busy and that I would get more experience and have something to do everyday. However, this has not been the case. I have even been certified to teach special educaiton as of recently but do not have much experience in this area. I did meet someone recently who works in special education at the Dallas ISD schools. I feel fortunante that I met this person about a week ago. He added me as a friend on facebook, which I thought hmmm I can ask him some questions about the day to day life working in special education. So, I messaged him and we will hopefully be meeting in the next week. I am thinking this will help me a lot as well as give me a contact of someone who works in the special education field.
Also, I am going to work part time for my dad. Right now I am thinking working for him three days a week and subbing two days a week. We will see how this works out. I also, applied to substitute teach at Richardson ISD and will hopefully be able to start that in the new year. So that is my plan for now. Now, you are all updated.
