The fourth of July this year was so much fun. It started out with Ben and I going to the local fourth of July party. My parents rode a golf cart in the parade and handed out bubble gum. There were so many people. there. I got some great pictures. After the parade Ben and I went to my parents house to return the stools we had borrowed from there and went to the park where the festivities were. As we got there we ran into Ben's family and they were going to lunch, so we decided it was too hot to stay out that we went to lunch with his parents and nephew. Then we came back to my place and played some wii and hung out.
For dinner we went to the DCC to have dinner with both of our families and watch fireworks. There were many people there and all had a great time. We sat to watch the fireworks farther back than our families did , which in the end worked out better for us to see the fireworks. Then we went on home after waiting to get out of the parking lote for maybe 10 minutes or so, which is not that bad.
