Memorial Day weekend

This past weekend was a lot of fun. Saturday I went to a friends wedding in Oklahoma City. The The drive up was long my dad decided that we had to go up to the lake house first and check on the progress of the new lake house. Then we headed up to Oklahoma City and got there around 5 for the 7 pm wedding. The church was really pretty and the bride looked beautiful. The wedding itself was pretty and the bride had many attendants. The reception was a lot of fun. I hung out with D and A and T. Also, I just talked to all of my friends who were there. I feel like all of Dallas transported themselves up to OKC for the weekend and it was almost like we had not left Dallas except for the drive up and back was a little long. The brides and grooms cake were both very good. I stayed at the wedding until midnight and saw the bride and groom off. Then my parents and I went back to the hotel where I went to the bar and hung out for about half an hour and then headed up for bed cause I was so tired.
Sunday we went down to have brunch with all the Dallas people before we left to go back home. When I went back to get my bags to go to the car I ran into my doctor which was so random. I could not remember how I knew her at first but then my she talked to my mom as I was waiting for an elevator and we figured out who she was. It was pretty random and very out of context. Then we headed back to Dallas.
When I got back to Dallas I called B who got back from Austin and we hung out. He had been out of town for about a week so we had not seen each other in a while, so we hung out. Then Monday B and I headed over to D's house for a memorial day party. It was a lot of fun to see her again and other friends. We stayed till about five and then headed over to B's place and watched some tv. So, all and all it was a great weekend and I look forward to a great week.
