The Police

Today, as I was walking in the door to turn off the alarm at my place, I typed in the wrong code. Then when I realized it I typed in the right one and the system told me it was wrong. So, I typed it in again just as the alarm sounded and it went off. I then knew the police would call or come. So about 10 minutes later they come. The police mad rings the door bell and POUNDS on the door. I go to unlock it and realized the dead bult is still in. So, I stuck my head out one minute, since I had to go get my keys. Came down and unlocked the door. I told the police man that I lived there and I had set it off by accident. He asked me if I had my ID on me. I told him I did but it was under my parents address, since I have not changed it and don't plan to until I have to.  Then he asks what I do if I go to the local university or what. I said I subbed and he asked why I lived here and not at my parents house and then said oh did you need some space. I was like yeah. It was just odd cause he took down my address on his note pad on my ID. So, that is my interesting start to the month experience. UGH!
