This past weekend was so much fun! Friday night I went over and spent the night with my best friend from college, Kristina. We had dinner and watched Secertariat, which is a great movie! Saturday we work up early and went to the Fort Worth Rodeo. After the rodeo, we went to lunch in Grapevine and then went back to her place. We watched the movie Death at a funeral, which was better than I expected. Saturday night we had a low key dinner and watched the movie Red, which I had not seen either. It was a great movie and I really enjoyed it.
Sunday, we woke up late and had pancakes for breakfast which were really good. We went to the apple store and just hung out. Sunday afternoon, it was time for me to go back home. I had a reception for a family friend. The reception was for family friends, who got married back in October. So, everyone got to see them and celebrate with them. I also got to see one of my oldest friends, EJ and Lane. It was great seeing them both and catching up. After that we went and celebrated my Mom's birthday some more, since it was her actual birthday. So it was a fun fun weekend. I am looking forward to this weekend and relaxing and watching the super bowl and staying warm this week. It looks to be a cold one, since this weekend the highs were in the 70's.
