surprise birthday party

Last night we had a surprise birthday party for my Mom. Yesterday was my parents anniversary and Sunday is my Mom's birthday. My Mom was totally fooled and thought we were all meeting at a restaurant for dinner to celebrate my parents anniversary. When they pulled up at a different location my Mom was on to something. As she walked in she was in shock and totally surprised. There were several friends and family members there to help her celebrate. There was great food and several cakes to choose from with different fillings. Each cake was to represent a different decade in her life. I think she had fun seeing so many friends from different parts of her life all together. So it was a great fun night for everyone there.
