For our honeymoon, B picked Half Moon Bay, CA. We flew into San Francisco, which I had never been to before. It was so much fun, we flew first class which was A-MAZING! On the way they served lunch with real glasses and real silverware. The food was pretty good to. I was very surprised. We watched a movie on the iPad called New Years Eve and ironically the people in front of us were watching the same movie on their iPad how funny is that? As we landed at the airport we went to get the rental car. We were supposed to get a Mustang convertible, but they gave us a mitzubishi eclipse. IT was a very interesting car that squeaked and made interesting noises for our drive to the hotel. We thought it would take longer to get to Half Moon Bay from San Francisco but did not take as long as we thought. It was such a pretty drive down there too.
Once we made it to the hotel and checked in we decided to explore a little bit. It was so much fun just the two of us hanging out and exploring everything. Then we decided to go back to the room and relax and order room service after our travel day. The hotel brought us chocolate covered strawberry's and some really good Chardenay wine. It was the person who helped B plan our trip that sent it.
The following day we woke up and had breakfast then, we went into San Francisco to see the Golden Gate Bridge and hang out in the city for the day. Seeing the bridge was one of my favorite things we saw. Then, we went to fisherman's ward where we walked around and saw a few things. We had lunch at Bubba Gump Shrimp Company, I was so excited to eat here since I loved the movie. The food was really good! Then, we walked around some more and decided to finally head back to the hotel. We had dinner there and then the next morning we went back into San Francisco again. This time we did not stay quite as long as the previous day. We went back into fisherman's warf and explored more of San Francisco. We had ice cream and desserts and the famous Gharadelli chocolate store. The next day we went on a cable car which I LOVED. We rode this to fisherman's warf and ate lunch at In and Out Burger. Then our final day we stayed in Half Moon Bay and explored downtown Half Moon Bay. We had lunch there and then walked around a bit. We just wanted to hang out and drove down the coast and saw a cool older light house.
Friday, we packed everything up and headed to the airport. Our flight kept getting delayed and so we had lunch there which was pretty good fro airport food. Next, we watched a netflix movie on the iPad as we waited for our delayed flight. Finally, the flight got in and we were so ready to be home. We had a good flight back and were so ready just to do nothing the rest of the weekend. So, that was our fun trip.
