First, I cannot believe that it is October already and the weather here feels so nice the last two days. Yesterday we went to the State fair. We got our fill of corny dogs, saw big tex, saw the new cars, and tried fried cake balls yummm. The weather felt great and was such a great change from the hot summer.
This weekend we have been dog sitting my parents dogs. It has been so much fun having them over with us. I can't wait until we get our own dog someday.
Grad school is going well but is getting hard. I have a fourteen page research paper due in November so I am trying to get a start on that because it will be due before I know it. Also, trying to figure out what classes I want to take in the spring. I feel like I have been so busy lately with junior league of Dallas, and my classes. I am looking forward to a Thanksgiving and Christmas. Time just feels like it is going so fast these days. I am trying to take everything in one day at a time.
We have decorated for Halloween. We got two Mr. Potato head decorations for our pumpkins they are so cute and were so much fun to do. I recommend these and they can be found at Target. So, I am looking forward to decorating our house for the next holiday. Until next time.
