Crazy Weather

This weather has been crazy. First there were two ice days in December to read about that experience click here. Just when the weather was getting nice again, and boom a complete change in 24 hours.

Saturday was beautiful, B and I went up to the lake house and had a great time. Sunday, the weather was starting to get bad so, we decided to head back home before it became worse, as did my Mom. Not the best plan in the world, because as we started our journey the weather took a violent turn for the worse. We had sleet and thunder and lighting. My Mom turned around before we did to head back as the thunder sleet grew worse and visibility too. So, B and I decided to turn around and head back to the house. We finally were able to get home Monday afternoon. Crazy but fun times. Below is what the driveway looked like. After we got back we watched huge snow flurries come down. Wish I had a video of that.
