movie- The Help

Last night I went with a friend to see the movie The Help. It was really cool since I had just finished reading the book. I felt that the movie was amazing and everyone should see it. There were a few differences between the book and the movie, but not many. So I rate this movie 5 out of 5 stars, so go ahead and see it. I must note, that my friend and I went a bit before the movie started and had to sit on the second row of the theater, so we were one with the movie. It was very popular with men and women.

The movie starts off with Skeeter interviewing Aibilean the maid of a friend of hers. Then, the movie back tracks a bit to where Skeeter got the idea to write a book from the point of view of the help in 1960's Mississippi. The movie follows around, Skeeter, Aibilean, Minny, Mss. Celia, Mrs. Lefote, and Mrs. HIlly Holbrock. We follow these characters and hear the stories from the help's point of view about there employers. This book and movie really makes you see how far our country has come in 50 years. The movie is funny, and sad and has some great lines. So, before I give more away go and see it for yourself.
